Project Overview

"Olympus Has Fallen" is a 2013 American political action thriller film directed and co-produced by Antoine Fuqua. Alongside Stephan Burle, I helped design and animate all of the "war room" user interface for this feature. The plot of the film revolves around a group of trained terrorists who launch an attack on the White House, codenamed Olympus, led by Kang Yeonsak. The film features Morgan Freeman as the President of the United States.

The user interface of a security system called Cerebus is designed with intense layering and incorporates stock footage of political events from around the world. The purpose of this system is to enable the self-destruction of launched missiles. The user's objective is to discover the code to disable the Cerebus system, which will prevent mass destruction.
